the staff answered questions promptly and check-in instructions were clear.
The bathroom wasn't clean. I saw hair on the toilet, sink, and shower floor. cleaning definitely needed improvement. the bedspread and part of the sheet were stained.

Reasonable stay overall

The staff worked tirelessly to. The building was lovely and well-kept. The rooms are decorated beautifully. There were endless supplies of coffee, tea, milk, and sugar.
I was locked out in the freezing wind with zero help. (It was a bit scary, honestly.) I was asking for a full refund, but the receptionist refused.

the shared kitchen included two stoves. it offered all necessary equipment for meal preparation. a bus route located near the hotel provided quick access to city center. i found a pub and restaurant very close, across the street.

the superior double room had a very comfortable bed plus there was lots of space for us to relax it even had a pleasant sitting area the whole room looked recently updated i also liked having access to a fully equipped kitchen i mostly used it for breakfast it really had everything needed to cook bigger meals
the communication relied heavily on pressure through possible fines i felt this was meant as an educational strategy but it felt unnecessary
